About Me

My name is Doug Courtenay and I am a Professional Realtor.  No matter what I have done in my life I have had a track record of success.  I am a very successful Realtor.  My motto is "The Passionate and Tenacious Realtor" and that I am.  My clients will tell you that I work my butt off with a particular attention to detail.  They will also tell you that I am very serious about my job, but I am also fun to be around.  I have a balance in my life.

 I have been a resident of the Valencia, CA and Pine Mountain Club communities for almost 20 years.  I have homes in both places (I believe in my product).  Never satisfied with just standing still I am always finding ways to learn more so currently I am studying for my brokers' exam.  I am happily married and we have 3 children, 2 boys and 1 princess. 

 I am honored to be a member of the Mountain Properties team.
